Why are your HDMI Cables so much cheaper than the ones sold in retail stores?

Some retailers charge over $100 for a short length of HDMI cable. Our HDMI Cables are always the latest version available and we can guarantee that they will be just as good as any brand name cable at a fraction of the price. We import all our cables in bulk, direct from the manufacturer so we can pass the savings on to our customers.

You have a few different types of HDMI Cables available. What’s the difference?

All of our HDMI Cables are the latest standard “High Speed with Ethernet”, also known as version 1.4 HDMI Cables. These HDMI cables can be used with absolutely everything that has a HDMI Port including, but not limited to, 3D TV’s, bluray players, laptops, computers, PS3, Xbox 360, media players plus much more, basically if it has a HDMI port our cables will work with it. The main point of difference between the various HDMI cables we offer is the quality of the materials used in making the cables. The higher quality versions that we sell use thicker copper wire, which is better for long distances, have metal jackets around the HDMI connector, and have extra layers of shielding along with a mesh jacket around the cable.

How do I know your TV Mounts will fit my screen?

The TV Mounts we sell are universal, that means that they will fit every brand available. As long as your screen is within the minimum and maximum size stated, for example “30-60 inch”, then it will fit your screen. We include absolutely everything you need in the box including the bolts which attach to your screen. We even include a few different sizes of screen bolts to cater for the less common installations.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders can go by express post and will take 1-2 days to reach most parts of Australia. Regular post usually takes 3-5 days. Some of the larger and heavier products that we sell can’t be sent express and can take up to 5 days to arrive.

Do you allow pick up’s?

If you are in Perth then you can pick from our Canning Vale warehouse but please call first so we can have your order ready. You can find our address and phone number on the contact us page.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason at all simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving the order.
